Yoked will collect your name and email address to be able to communicate with you. As we add things to our brand {shop and subscription service} we will update the terms to let you know about any changes.You will need to opt-in but, as always, you may opt-out whenever you like.

Yoked will collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with a positive experience when utilizing our Website or content.  We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fulfill our obligation to you.  We may collect:

  1. A name and an email address so we can deliver our emails to you – you would be affirmatively consenting to this by providing this to us in our “Subscribe to the Blog” forms.
  2. A name and an email address if you reply to us or ask a question through the Yoked newsletter.

Please note that the information above (“Personal Data”) that you are giving is considered to be shared voluntarily and that by providing this information to us you are giving consent for us to use, collect and process this Personal Data. Anonymous Data Collection and Use
We may use your IP address to help determine which areas of the Website are most heavily used, what content is most viewed, and to help determine what content to continue creating for you. This is essentially “traffic data” which cannot personally identify you but is helpful to us for marketing purposes and for improving our services. Where we send your data

For our fans outside the US, your data is used on our site to see which continent/country you’re visiting. It’s only used in Google Analytics/Analytica to look at the demographics of our audience. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service, to verify that you are a real person.

We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address.
