*Warning: This episode deals with trauma and assault*

Can you find the good in a trauma-induced love language?

We all have a love language. But have you thought about whether or not it developed because of trauma that you endured in your life?

We both have trauma-induced love languages. Jermaine’s main love languages are Physical Touch and Quality Time because he did not experience those things in a positive light when he was a child. Physical Touch ranks much lower as ways that I experience love because I’m a rape and sexual assault survivor.

Despite what we’ve endured, we’re able to find ways to make sure that we give and receive love the way that we need to.

Listen on for more!
